Exclusive rental of White Oaks Barn means just that! You have use of the entire venue, all for you, all day. We guarantee that your wedding will be 100% unique!

Pricing + Packages:

Full Weekend (Friday-Sunday) - $6,500 The best deal! Exclusive use of White Oaks Barn Friday 9 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m.-12 a.m., + Sunday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

2-Day Weekend (Friday & Saturday) - $5,500 Our most popular package! Exclusive use of White Oaks Barn Friday 9 a.m.-10 p.m. + Saturday from 8 a.m.-12 a.m.

Everything you’ve imagined all under one roof! Package Details:

● Exclusive access to White Oaks Barn + the surrounding grounds

● Outdoor amphitheater and lake o Hand-built wooden benches and stone seating available for an outside ceremony site

● In-house tables and chairs for up to 350 guests o We provide 36 (60”) round tables, 17 (8’x30”) rectangle tables, and 350 white folding chairs

● Wedding suites with private bathrooms

● Catering prep kitchen

● Outdoor patio with fire pits

● All-season temperature control

● A versatile selection of decor options available for a variety of styles + tastes

● Professional staff on hand to assist you before and throughout the rental with any venue related help

● No hidden fees, all pricing + packages include tax

● To reserve your date at White Oaks Barn, a signed rental agreement and a $500 Booking Fee is required

● In addition to the above items, you must sign a credit card authorization form in case of any damages. This authorization form ensures the credit card remains valid for 30 days after the Rental Period ends

● The Rental Fee shall be paid in four 25% monthly payments starting no later than six months prior to the Rental Period

● The remaining balance must be paid in full at least three months prior to the start of your Rental Period

● Any additional items (cleaning fee, alcohol, etc.) are due before the end of the Rental Period

● Our staff can be hired to pick up and clean after your event for a fee of $500

● All White Oaks Barn chairs and decorations are set up and taken down by the rental party unless we are hired to clean

● Clean-up of the event must be completed by the end of the Rental Period

● Any remaining guests or vendors in the venue after 12:30 a.m. will result in a charge of $100 for every 30 minutes

● A staff member will be present on-site during portions of the Rental Period for any venue related assistance

● The rental party will not have access to the area behind the bar at any point during the rental

Bar Packages:

White Oaks Barn offers three standard bar packages, outlined below. We are happy to work with you to create a custom package of your liking! All alcohol must be purchased through White Oaks Barn, LLC.

• Open Bar – A running tab is kept for all drinks consumed and at the end of the rental period the total invoice is due. There is a minimum of 10% gratuity added for our bartenders.

• Cash Bar - Guests purchase their own drinks as consumed. We accept cash, credit, and debit.

• Combination Bar - You provide guests with a limited number of drink options and/or a predetermined tab amount and then if your guests wish to continue to enjoy alcoholic beverages at your reception, they can purchase their own. Bar service will include certified bartenders. No one under the age of 21 will be served alcohol and any disruptive guests will be asked to leave. You are welcome to bring in your own non-alcoholic drinks. We do not provide tea, lemonade, or soda as these are typically provided by you or your caterer.
